Treasure Coast Medical Center offers our annual biometric screenings and Personal Health Survey because your health matters. Every day, you work as part of a team to improve the health of others and we are here to help you take care of your health and reward you for doing so. Together, we are changing health care for good!Treasure Coast Team Members will have the opportunity to earn an increased discount in biometric values fall into the Healthy For Life ranges and all necessary requirements are met. However, regardless of your results, all participants will save the minimum of $650 on their 2017 Health Insurance premiums..
NEW this year, spouses covered under the TCMC medical plan may complete the Personal Health Survey and earn a $50 Publix Gift Card. This is a voluntary opportunity that does not include the biometric screening itself and will not affect insurance premiums.
The deadline to complete the Personal Health Survey is December 15, 2017.
